O&G, who were living in Amsterdam for few years, wanted to celebrate their union on their own. It may seem a selfish decision but at the end what matters is the love that they have for each other and the commitment that they were going to take. When O&G contacted us in June, they wanted a Catholic ceremony but as they needed to meet their priest in Scotland to get all the paperwork. Summer was what the right time for them and the paperwork was going to take longer than they expected, they decided to do a blessing on the Beach. They drove to Nerja (Málaga) crossing France, the north of Spain and Madrid. Their wedding day started with a lovely breakfast at their hotel overlooking the Mediterranean and then some free time to chill.
Gabriela Lennox from Gabriela Hair up arrived to the hotel to do the bride’s hairstyle. Padre Peter conducted the ceremony and Naiara Castillejo played beatuifully the violin. The bouquet, buttonhole and the decoration for the ceremony: garland using heart-shape eucalyptus, esparraguera and white lithiantus with candles and lanterns where provided by Susana Sánchez. We did not have guests but we needed a photographer to capture this special moment and Pedro Bellido was the chosen one who did a great job! After the ceremony and as the day was coming to an end, O&G had dinner at Carabeo 34 an amazing restaurant with great cuisine and service. A wedding is not a wedding, if we don’t have a wedding cake. Cake Couture did a red velvet cake with pipping details.
