Happy new year! 2014 is here and this one is going to be full on one, we cant wait to share with you some of the weddings that we are planning.
We are back from holidays one week ago and we have not stop working. We have different projects for this year and one , we have announced it in December, is our event and wedding planning course that it is taking place from the 26th to 28th February at Los Monteros Hotel.
On the first day, we will introduce students to wedding and event planning, specifically looking at the skills and attributes required by those wanting to develop a career in the field. We’ll also discuss the process of planning an event, protocol, stationery, troubleshooting and business aspects of the role.
During the second and third days, we’ll focus on how planners can work more successfully with suppliers to create the best possible event considering, in detail, photography, videography, promotion, marketing and PR, cakes, food and beverages, event styling, floristry, production and entertainment, hair and make up, dresses and attire – with presentations by some of the industry’s leading experts and suppliers including Tucco, Jeremy Standley, Nulki Nulks, Sweet Things by Fi, Emotion Moments, Chez Vous Events and Princess Bride among others.
The course includes attendance to all the presentations and seminars, printed materials plus coffee breaks and lunch.
